What is OEM vs ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide the formula and specifications; we manufacture to your exact requirements.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We develop the formula and product design based on your needs; you brand and sell it.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product format:
– Botanical Gummies: 10,000 units per SKU
– Oral Liquids & Drops: 10,000 units per SKU
– Jelly & Beverages: 10,000 units per SKU
– Capsules & Tablets: 100,000 units per SKU
– Powder Sachets: 5,000 units per SKU
We can discuss flexible MOQ for first-time trial orders.
What is your lead time?
Typical production timeline:
– Sample development: 7-15 days
– Mass production: 25-45 days (depending on order volume and complexity)
– Packaging & labeling: 5-10 days
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders. For mass production orders, standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) is available for large orders.
Do you provide free samples?
We provide existing formula samples free of charge (you cover shipping). For custom formulation samples, a development fee may apply, which is deductible from your mass production order.
What certifications do you have?
Our facility is GMP certified and FDA registered. We also hold Halal certification for applicable products. ISO and HACCP certifications are available upon request. View our certifications page.
Can you help with packaging design?
Yes. We offer full packaging design services including box design, label design, and structural packaging. Our team can work with your brand guidelines or create a new design from scratch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We can arrange shipping by sea, air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your urgency and budget. We also handle export documentation and customs clearance.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and virtual tours. Our facility is located in Bozhou, Anhui — the world’s herb capital. Contact us to schedule a visit or request a virtual factory tour.
